Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise returned past the above timeframe may be returned in exchange for ellelauri credit only.
Sale merchandise CANNOT be returned for a refund, only a credit to ellelauri.com
FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Ellelauri will only accept returns for items that have all tags attached and are not worn, washed or altered in anyway. If merchandise is returned that does not meet our return policy, ellelauri has the right to refuse a refund. We do not accept returns on items purchased at special events or sample sales.
Shipping charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable and the customer is required to pay shipping on any returned orders.

Include the Return Authorization number (RA#) that you receive from the ellelauri customer support department.
Within 5 days of receiving your order an exchange request must be made for merchandise purchased.
An explanation of the original item and exchanged merchandise (the new color or size) must be stated in an email to email@example.com. Order number must be included in your email. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon the completion of the exchange process.
Items purchased on ellelauri.com may not be returned to any boutique carrying ellelauri.
ellelauri items purchased at boutiques.
Merchandise purchased at boutiques selling ellelauri items cannot be returned to ellelauri.com. They must be brought to the boutique where they were purchased for store credit or an exchange within 10 days.
We do not offer refunds on any product so they can either get store credit or do an exchange.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise and an email confirmation will be sent once your return has been processed.
